Step 1: Add your Full Name, Reference code and ID number.

Step 2: Complete all questions and click the submit button.

Step 3: Your assessment will be reviewed by Maarefah on behalf of the Security Forces Hospital (SFH) to determine if you have passed the assessment.

Step 4: If you have passed, your employer will be issued a certificate card and a QR certificate sticker to add to your Contractor badge. This QR will be scanned to permit on-site access to the SFH facility.

Step 5: Annual certification is mandatory to ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety regulations. This requirement helps uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control within SFH healthcare facilities.
