I co-founded WeCare AB on the ground from my experiences with Aligning AB, a company where I during 

more than 15 years developed a method and process for operational planning. I have implemented 

Aligningmetoden® in close to a hundred big and medium-sized companies and organisations in Sweden. During the last decade, I have focused only on organisations within health care. With my background as CEO for various companies I have a thorough understanding for the challenges organisations meet and the importance of facilitating an organisation´s work with continuous improvements.
