I work mainly with sales and project management within KeyForCare. 

 

Background

Pierre has previously been working with organizational- and change projects in close collaboration with companies´ management to create new structures and systems around management, governance and follow-up.

He has also been a support to different company managements where, after in-depth analyses and reviews of the market, human capital and efficiency, significant shortcomings and dissatisfaction among customers, and owners have been identified.

Breaking down goals and going from word to deed in order to make things happen, has been a characteristic of his work.

 

Education

Pierre is originally a licensed psychologist and adult clinician, but has mainly focused on companies and organizations where existing systems and structures have hindered development and change.
